# Troubleshoot Google Connections

Fix common OAuth, permission, and rate limit issues.

## Common issues and fixes

- Wrong Google account selected → Reconnect with the account that owns Ads/GSC access
- Missing permissions → Ask an owner to grant you Ads/GSC access; reconnect
- Expired tokens → Click reconnect when prompted, then retry
- Rate limits → Wait a few minutes and retry; reduce concurrent fetches

## Verify access

- In Google Ads: confirm account and user role
- In GSC: confirm property access level

## When to contact support

- Organization policies are blocking OAuth scopes
- Consistent 403/429 despite verified access
